i would die for you

lately i've been reading this awesome book called "I would die for you." basically its about this teenage boy who went on the missionfield at age 15. he was a hardout follower of Jesus... but he died with an infection picked up on the mission trip. its really getting me hooked... i think its even starting to change how i look at things.... its good...
the one thing thats got me confused, is why did he have to die so young? after everything he did for God - for everyone! he deserved more.
any answers?

maybe he was so much of God's heart that he went home early.. didn't have to do some of the hard yards of life? maybe he was a seed.. he died to bring fruit in that if he hadn't died maybe young people wouldn't have looked at his story and said what is it about this Jesus? some whys don't have answers.. maybe this is one of those "have-to-wait-till-heaven-&-ask God" ones?
rejoicing to hear you're being provoked :-)

maybe too we don't get what we really deserve when we've taken Jesus to be our Lord and forgive out sins.. we've chosen not to be judged by our deeds but by Jesus's blood.. and because this young man had chosen that it was beside the point how good or bad he was.. hmm
not sure that makes sense
